HP stream 13 serial # [edit]will not boot. It appears that all storage devices are missing. However when I boot a USB device and search to install drivers then all the devices show up. Then once the devices drivers complete their install not storage devices are visible.
I updated the the bios to F.22 wth still the same errors.
On boot the boot manager has a status of 0xc0000185 - An unexpected error has occurred.
any help appreciated, its a great device that is less than 4 years old.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.
- When was the last time the computer was working fine?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
While you respond to that, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
