Hello,

I'm Marceline a new member. I receive that  message when the OS is started:

Product Information not valid
The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid.
System Board (00A) - Product Configuration

 

I need help to resolve this issue please

Good afternoon, did you return your laptop for repair? This happens if the DMI section in the BIOS is cleared, most often this happens after the BIOS is flashed without transferring information from the native dump. It is possible to solve this issue, but it is difficult without certain knowledge, the program for self-entry of information is called nbdmifit.
