Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

My laptop model is 15-ac038ne and it displays this when I boot up:

"Product Information not valid 
The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid. 
System Board (00A) - Product Configuration"

 

I have not upgraded the motherboard or changed any system components.

Error occurred after one powering on my computer one day.

 

My laptop is not under warranty .
