J'ai perdu mon mot de passe BIOS, je voudrais le réinitialiser, voici le code que j'ai eu après avoir essayer 3 mots de passes incorrecte.

Bonjour,

Malheureusement, la communauté de support HP ne nous autorise pas de vous aider avec le mot de passe du BIOS de votre ordinateur.  La seule solution est de contacter HP et, si nécessaire, de les contacter plusieurs fois pour compléter votre dossier.

Règles de participation Aucun poste ne doit comporter d'instructions ou de directives visant à contourner ou à subvertir les mesures de sécurité, notamment les mots de passe, les mécanismes de verrouillage, les scanners d'empreintes digitales, etc.

 

Je vous recommande de contacter le support technique HP France ici.

La seule solution que HP proposera est de remplacer la carte mère du système pour résoudre le problème du mot de passe du BIOS demandé au démarrage de l'ordinateur.

Unfortunately, the HP support community does not allow us to help you with your BIOS password.  The only solution is to contact HP and, if necessary, contact them several times to complete your case.

Rules of Participation No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.

I recommend that you contact HP Technical Support France here.

I recommend that you get on Contact HP from your country or region.

The only solution HP will propose is to replace the system board to solve the BIOS password problem requested at computer startup.
