For a user I upgraded their HP Laptop 17M-ch0000 from 16GB to 64GB using 2 A-Tech DDR4 3200MHz PC4-25600 2Rx 1.2V Non ECC SO-DIMM. In English, the two correct 32GB memory chips verified as correct by A-Tech on two separate occasions because on my first attempt I thought I had bad memory. After installing the mem upgrade you hear the computer come on but the screen never shows any information. I should start with the HP logo. If I take out the 64GB and install the original 16GB, (2) 8GB chips the laptop is fine. This machine is out of warranty and paying for support to install newly purchased memory does not seam right to my user.
