I need the media image from the ROMPaq for HP Notebook System BIOS (68YDU) - FreeDOS Bootable Media for Hewlett‐Packard (HP) Compaq nc6320.

Hi:

 

The media image is inside the sp38743.exe file. 

 

After you run the exe file, you can explore the file folder and get the files you want.

 

You can make your own FreeDOS bootable media from the ROMPAQ file folder which contains the BIOS update files.

 

If you don't have a windows PC to extract the file yourself,  I have zipped up and attached the BIOS update ISO file below.

 

Burn it to a CD using your CD burning software's Burn ISO image option.

 

I think the easiest way to update the BIOS would be to burn the ISO file to a CD and boot from it to update the BIOS.
