Hi,
In the past couple of months, I have faced some problems in my computer.
Once, when I tilted my computer to remove the ethernet cable, the screen froze, and I had to restart to fix it.
Another time, I tried to move the laptop from my table to my bed, and it threw an error at that time.
Another time, I was cleaning the keyboard, I got a BSOD.
Yesterday I got BIOS error after I tried to restart. The computer had stopped working when it was sitting still in my desk.
Later, windows were not accepting my PIN code, I had to re set it up.
Today, the computer also froze, and when I restarted, PIN wasn't working anymore.
What is happening? If I show you the system events, will you be able to help?

@AQAWDF901, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Check for Hardware Issues:
Loose Connections: Moving the laptop might be causing hardware connections (like RAM or hard drive) to get loose. Try reseating them if you’re comfortable opening the laptop.
Battery or Power: Ensure the battery or power connection is secure.
Overheating: Make sure your cooling system isn’t blocked or malfunctioning.
Update Drivers and BIOS:
Update your BIOS and device drivers (especially graphics, storage, and network drivers).
Use HP Support Assistant to check for updates.
Run Diagnostics:
HP laptops have a built-in diagnostic tool. Restart the laptop, press Esc, then select Diagnostics to run a hardware check.
Fix System Files:
SFC (System File Checker): Run sfc /scannow in Command Prompt to fix corrupt files.
CHKDSK (Check Disk): Run chkdsk /f /r in Command Prompt to check your hard drive for errors.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
