Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have already had the pc into an HP authorized repair center (UBreakIFix) and they were unable to find the problem.
I randomly receive the blue screen listed below.  Approximately two or three times a week (started way less often).
I'd like to be able to send the pc back to HP for repairs and would purchase a CarePack (if that's an acceptable course of action), but I can not find a simple email address to ask the question directly to HP.

  • Blue Screens:
    - MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
    - PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
    - FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE
    - KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
    - BAD_POOL_CALLER

If the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options and care pack details.

  • 1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • 2) Select your product type below.
  • 3) Enter the serial of your device.
  • 4) Select the country from the drop-down.
  • 5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
  • 6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
