You change the PC mode from BIOS to UEFI in the BIOS settings -- which you generally access by pressing F10 repeatedly when you reboot the PC.

 

I'm not able to forward your thread to other folks, and we do not have specialists with equipment -- we all work from home remotely.

Well, then you're stuck.  While Windows 10 has NVMe drivers and can use NMVe drives even if they are not formatted GPT, in order to BOOT from them and use them as OS drives, they have to be formatted GPT and your PC has to be able to boot in UEFI mode.  If you can not do that, you can not use the NVME drive as an OS drive.
