Product Name: Compaq Mini
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP
At startup, I am asked "Enter Current Password". After several unsuccessful attempts, the following message appears:

Password check failed
Fatal error....System Halted
CNU9443GRN
what to do ?

Thanks for that but after putting the password it starts loading of which says that ** "we apologize for the inconvinnience but windows didn't start successfully a recent hardware or software change might have caused this"they are some option there down like safe mode ,start windows normally but whenever i select one of this option it still goes back to ask for the password what is the main reason ?please help
