Hi,  I used your HP product identifier app. These are the device details given by the app: edited**
Model: X0S43UA HP ENVY Notebook 17-s143cl ALL. My battery needs replacement. I found a seller on ebay. HP has discontinued selling the replacement battery

Please tell me if my specific laptop corresponds to any model included in the following list. And if so, please specify  which one

Note: You may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, use the HP Parts Surfer to find the part number and since you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.

Keep me posted, as I (Or a trusted colleague) shall follow-up on this case to ensure the concern has been addressed, 

And your device is up and running again, only in case you don't get back to us, first!

@enzzen The reason I didn't mentioned much about that is because batteries are specific to your product and is not compatible with any other product mentioned in the list you've shared, hence you can make use of the part number mentioned in the image I shared, and order the same via HP or any local online store such as Amazon or ebay, etc...as the part number is universal and would get your a genuine HP part.
