Hi so I am having the same issue with my Victus 15, I tried unplugging my battery and reconnecting it and it seem to work. It shut off after 1 hour of use and I tried to unplug the battery and it isn't working. Is there anything else I can do that will work?

Today my Victus 15 gaming laptop stopped turning on. I looked up videos on how to fix it and I ended up open my laptop up and disconnecting the battery and plugging it back it. At first the fans would spin lightly and the power button would turn on for a bit and then it would turn off. It eventually turned on and worked for about an hour and now nothing is working, all I see is a black screen. When I plug it in even the charger (it isn't broken) the light doest show up. Please help me I have information on that laptop that isn't backed up and I don't know how to back it up.
