Hi @emmanueldany,
Thank you for showing your interest in HP Support Forums. It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. For you to have the best experience on the HP forum, you could also visit our HP Forums Guide for the First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More.
I see from the post that you are having issues with the admin password on your HP notebook. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you resolve this issue.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details
Is this a Windows Logon Password or Bios Password?
Have you tried performing any troubleshooting steps before posting this on HP Support Forums?
In the meantime, let's try these steps here:
If it's a Bios Password - You would have to contact HP phone support for a hardware service as the motherboard may require a tattoo/Bios Flash.
Any other way of unlocking the BIOS is not authorized by HP.
If this is to do with Windows login password. Try this first: Use the HP Guided Solution: http://hp.care/2fKbuW6
Microsoft account:
Reset your Microsoft account password online. You can reset your password on any device connected to the Internet. See the Microsoft password reset page to reset your password: http://hp.care/2dHdY5M
Local account:
Use the following link to reset the password for your local account: Windows 10: http://hp.care/2dOYNcy
If you have followed the steps suggested and still having the issue, I would suggest the only option would be to perform a system recovery using the partition available on your PC. Doing this will wipe off everything and set the computer back to the original factory conditions. So, please remember to back up your data before initiating system recovery. If for some reason the recovery fails. The only other way to install Windows would be to order the recovery media for your laptop and using the recovery media you can install Windows. You can check if the recovery media is available online on www.hp.com/drivers by entering the exact model no. of your laptop. To find the exact model no. click here: http://hp.care/2bygf7l

Otherwise, you could also reach HP phone support to order the recovery media. If your product is out of warranty, please choose paid options to get the tech support number.
I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes for further assistance.
Keep me posted,
If the information I've provided was helpful,
give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck.
