OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0013dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone.

Yesterday I had an issue with my Laptop. I was using a game emulator -as usual- and everything worked fine until the screen freezed and then it showed a Blue screen error with this message: 'INACCESIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE', I restarted my Laptop and then It came back to normal, until my laptop decided to Update Windows 10 and it entered to a loop in which it was just restarting and turning off. I decided to Boot my pc with a Windows 10 copy  (downloaded from the official Windows website) and when I installed it, It just showed my Local disk as 26.7 GB (the size of the operative system I guess). But my Local Disk is 512 GB... I don't know what to do to make it recognize the actual Local Disk... Help, please

It has Intel 512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD, looks like physically 32GB of Optane and 512GB of storage are in one piece of hardware. Some how the 512GB of storage failed therefore it uses 32GB of Optane as storage.

Please run the following test

Hello, and thank you so much for your answer @Banhien.

I used the HP Hardware Diagnostic Tools and it showed me this:

Also, after that diagnostic, my Laptop updated a program called "Intel Optane Memory and Storage", and showed me the next message:

I'm thinking that maybe when I reinstalled Windows 10 on my Laptop I needed a driver or something to make it recognize my 500 GB storage and not only the Optane memory. Do I need to format my Disk again or what could be the issue that is causing this?
