You said you tried to "upload" Windows 10 -- and I don't know what you mean by that.
Your post says you are running Win8.1 -- so are you trying to Update to Windows 10?
If so HOW are you doing that? You should be doing an in-place Upgrade as that will carry over your data, settings, and applications. In that case, you do NOT boot from the media; instead, you insert it and run the setup as a routine program.
Need details on what you are doing and what failures you are seeing.
