I just updated my windows 11 with the most recent update. Now I am unable to get pass the hp logo screen. I can't even boot into safe mode is command prompt. I've tried creating a boot disk with my Android phone and cannot seem to do a system restore or repair or just a clean install. I never had this problem with any other brands of laptop or PC. A very strange issue to have. Any help would be most grateful. Thank you

Thank you so kindly for the help and I did take your advice to do the tests and they're are no errors. I have attached the screenshots of the tests results below. Any advice you or any one can provide on how do proceed with the corrupt file? It must have been from that last update which was a big one the other day. Thanks again
