HP Laptop Model 15s-eq2024np Product ID 5A120EA#AB9

My Laptop suffered an accident and is in vary bad state. No more screen and I just have recovered the NVMe Disk. I tried to install this disk on another PC to access and recover data, but unfortunately is no accessible. Can you tell me the reason for that, if the disk is attached to TPM onboard? There´s no bitlock activated. Tx

Hi @Luvinfor_IT

Does the other computer that I install it support M.2 NVME disks ?

Yes, it does

My doubt is, if the TPM onboard was activated and the disk is not recognised by other hardware.

The TPM has nothing to do with this.

Hi Resistencia,

Was supposed the Disk be recognised on another Pc? I Tried in a internal connector and on a external box via USB, and the windows disk manager recognised a disk without content

HP Recommended

if the disk has no content it is because it is damaged or was erased.
