Recovery Image HP Chromebox CB1-025NA PC

Does anyone know how to download the recovery image for this Chromebox? I have the recovery app which I can launch through Chrome but this model isn't there.

Should I select one from the list or does anyone have any other suggestions? I've just acquired this box today and someone replaced the OS with something else.

Thanks for the welcome. I should have shown as more experienced as I'm a former HP Laptop, Desktop and non MFP warranty repair specialist.

I have just got this Chromebox from someone. There's not strictly an issue but it has been customised to run Ubuntu.

While I like Ubuntu, I either want to dual boot it with ChromeOS or just run with ChromeOS and to do this I need the ChromeOS image for this Chromebox.

That link is exactly where I went to look for an image. This box is not listed, or at least nothing saying CB1 is available unless it is known by another name?

I recommend you contact support and check once.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

I can't. The only option it appears to give me is support from the HP community.

Unlike past times when I could log a support call with key information, I'm now blocked from doing it when I enter what the item is. All I can do is use a chatbot or go to this site.

The main things I am after is:
Recovery image so I can restore to standard or dual boot

Details of how to dual boot or restore the image

I've been looking since Friday, September 11th and already confirmed I can't contact support, can't confirm the correct recovery image is available through Google and haven't found it in general searches either.
