Hello HP team, anyone.

Why no one from the HP team answers the questions?

Why is it disabled to create a bios recovery usb flash?

When I installed windows 10, a blue screen appeared after restarting. I changed the bios to legacy and since then the screen is black. Since then the notebook has been unusable.
