Prior to this issue I was trying to clear apps and uninstall downloads to make space. I believe right before this issue I had installed "Intel Graphic ...(something)" then my computer rebooted. Now at startup it prompts me to choose keyboard layout, which I do, next it prompts me to either troubleshoot or turn off PC. When I go to troubleshoot, it then gives me options to either do Recovery Manager or Advanced options.. I have tried them all. However when I choose recovery manager it will not allow me to choose System Recovery as it is greyed out. I am not sure what to do from here.

Hello @Jessicalee103
Welcome !
This issue happens due to driver problem - you have installed or uninstalled something you shouldn't have.
You have two options:
- use System Restore (different than most options you list). Go to the Troubleshoot section / Advanced options and choose System Restore
- complete reinstall Windows / restore
Let's first try to "turn back time" by using System Restore in Windows - in an attempt to fix the issue. Please, restore back to previous days (restore point) where the issue was not present. Here is more info:

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes. Provide your feedback/reply.
