0ok i find a solution :))) and i fixed it nothing is impossible!!!!

B/c after shrinking the hrd drive automatically changes to dynamic drive so all u need is to change it back to basic drive
There is app which is called easeUS partition master use this app to convert your dynamic driver to basic driver and after that the recovery partition becomes functional again 🙂
