He descargado la herramienta que anteriormente me sugirieron en esta comunidad, sin embargo y luego de intentar varias veces, no logro reinstalar windows en el pc. Les recuerdo que el problema que se me presenta es que al reinstalar windows, el sistema de instalación no reconoce el disco duro interno. El número de serie de mi Envy es CND1363ZX9. Espero una respuesta. Gracias
