Hello @mcarv
Welcome to the HP Support forum. Thank you for posting.
BitLocker is a Microsoft software designed to protect your PC against offline attacks, unauthorized access typically if your PC gets stolen. BitLocker is full disk encryption software. More info:
>> http://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-bitlocker-encryption-windows-10
BitLocker was activated by someone and during the activation time it prompts the user to save/store the key in a safe place.
If this is your own device, most probably you use a slightly different BitLocker version for certain PCs and tablets known as Device encryption. Probably your key is stored in Microsoft OneDrive with your Microsoft account here :
More info >> https://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2015/12/microsoft-may-have-your-encryption-key-heres-...
Try these and let me know if you manage to find the key. This may be needed and may make it easier for you.
Try again with the F11 option or the recover partition (no USB device).
Generally speaking, if Windows 10 image on USB has been correctly written (e.g. with Rufus software) or with Microsoft Media Creation Tool , you do not need to disable Secure Boot for the USB device to boot.

I will Try this option, but I do not have the Bitlocker Code, that is my mayor issues.
The code should be in the Microsoft Cloud (OneDrive) if your PC is your own (not business one) and if you use Windows Home edition (should be based on your model).

Thank
The computer is mine, but I do not have a Microsoft Account, and I do not Know how the Encryptation was made, or when was made it, the point is I can not access the computer anymore, Ask for the bitLocker code, so I want to make a clean install of windows 10 on it, but I could not find the USB Boot, I tried with F11 and I get an error that say the restore was unseccesfull by an error,

OK,
I believe your issues is with the USB device (Windows image being not bootable or the USB pen drive corrupted).
I just checked your computer's BIOS and I can confirm there is no "Legacy boot" simulation.
If you do not know the BitLocker key you will not be able to access what is stored on the HDD/storage device. If the F11 recovery fails, your only option left is to use Windows 10 clean installation and boot from a USB bootable device
or use HP recovery media
Your PC originally shipped with Windows 10 Home. Please, contact HP Support for obtaining original recovery media if you want to:
>> http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html
If you want to use another Windows edition or you have your own license, I recommend you re-download Windows and re-write it to the USB device. You can directly download Windows 10 ISO from MS site or download/use Media creation tool from Microsoft site, create installation DVD or installation USB and proceed with clean installation/reinstallation.
Download:
When download completes, you will need to write or "burn" the ISO image and boot from a bootable media
** How to create bootable ISO on USB device >> http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/create-a-usb-stick-on-windows
Instructions for using Rufus / FAT32 partition / MBR partition scheme for BIOS/UEFI
When ready with the USB drive:
* Load BIOS
* Ensure Secure Boot is disabled (in System Configuration / Boot options)
* Save the UEFI/BIOS changes.
Eventually, please, shutdown the computer using the power button (button pressed and hold for a few seconds)
Insert (plug in) the Windows USB thumdrive prepared previously
Power on the PC.
As soon as you press the power-on button, immediately begin hitting the Esc button (like tap-tap-tap).
This should open a HP Startup Menu
Choose F9 to open Boot options. Select the thumb drive as a boot option.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install Windows 10
Install drivers taken from HP web site when Win installation completes or via Windows Update/Device Manager >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03330139

Try again using the Media Creation tool or re-download the ISO. Make sure you select x64 edition (not 32-bit , not x86).
Try with a different USB pen drive.
When ready, the F9 option is the one to use. It may not always be called USB drive but something else. Try all the options that you believe fit in.

Thank a lot.
