Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9X9AV)

Good afternoon,

We trying to reinstall the operating system with a flash drive.

It tries to install, and after about 30 minutes, we receive this Error {SSRM_SystemDefault} Failed to load BIOS PIN default.

How do we Remove the Admin Password for BIOS?
