Hello, I am wanting to sell my Elitebook 8470p. Before I sell it, I want to reset it completely though. I used Windows 10 on it and used HP Client Security. HP Client Security must of put some lock on my BIOS and now whenever I try to boot into the BIOS it asks me if I want to log into the BIOS as guest or not.
The problem is not me not knowing the password or anything, I know the password and the fingerprint is mine also. The problem is me not wanting the person to buy it to have that login popup. I want it gone.
I have already uninstalled HP Client Security but it hasn't gone away. Is there a way I can reset the BIOS completely to get rid of this? Thanks.
Please answer soon, I want to sell it soon.
