I have purchased a HP laptop used. It originally had windows 10 home installed (I have key for it) but when I got it Windows 10 Enterprise was installed. I went to reinstall Win 10 from DVD but found laptop will not boot from dvd player. I was going to go into bios to change boot order but find an administrator password on bios. Have tried removing cmos battery and using eight digit retrieval passwords but neither work. I am receiving an error message for incorrect password with i 76635674 after entering the password three times incorrectly.
Any help would be appreciated,
