This issue has become extremely draining and unacceptable. This unit has now been sent back and forth to HP at least four times for the same hardware failure. Each return requires multiple attempts just to get the unit taken in, significant coordination on our end, and long periods without the device. Despite all of this time and effort, the problem has never been fixed.

The unit was sent back to us several times with the label "repaired," but each time it failed again within a few days,the most recent two times within a single day. A replacement was specifically promised by one HP representative, but it never materialised, and there was no follow-up.

The device repeatedly becomes completely unresponsive (black screen, no power, no response), requiring repeated reset attempts until it eventually will not power on at all. Multiple AC adapters have been tried, no peripherals are connected, and the issue is clearly hardware-related.

At this point, the ongoing back-and-forth shipping, repeated setup attempts, and lack of a real fix have become exhausting. I am extremely disappointed not only in the build quality of the product, but also in HP’s repair process and customer service, which has failed to resolve a known recurring defect after multiple attempts.

This situation requires a permanent resolution, either through a verified system board repair or a full replacement. Returning the unit unrepaired again is not acceptable.
