I just had to replace my motherboard. When I boot up, I get the System Board 00A screen.
I found this page on the website, https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01443496
and I have my new CT number. I can't find how to contact HP to provide the number to resolve this issue?

You might not be able to fix the issue -- as that requires special software that HP no longer releases to the public.
You might have to send the laptop in to HP to have them service it -- and if the even WILL do it, they will charge you dearly for that.
You need to contact HP Customer Support directly to find out your options:
If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!

I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

Thank you for your answer. That url redirects me to the page for https://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/contact.html#section1. I can't find any phone numbers on that page. Do you know what the US phone number is to call ?
