Product: HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G9 Mobile Workstation PC (696M1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hey guys, I hope you're well.
My laptop broke with a power swing this summer, and I can't use it now.
Symptoms:
When I press the power button, the screen is always black and shows nothing; Only the coolers work and nothing else.
Because the warranty has expired and we don't have an HP Customer Center in our country, I took it to a third-party repair shop. They're saying that the BIOS has been damaged and needs to be programmed again, But they're unable to find the BIOS image for my laptop model.
Can anyone give me the programmable BIOS image file to send to the expert to fix the issue?
