Hi, I have an HP 15-da0091ne laptop, and my BIOS is showing the serial number and product number as '123456' and 'abcdef'. This means the DMI data is missing or corrupted. I need it to be reprogrammed using the HP NB DMI Tool or HP BIOS Configuration Utility."
"I have the correct original serial number and product number from the label under my laptop. Can you please reprogram the BIOS DMI region so that my system identity is restored and TPM/Secure Boot/Windows activation can work properly?
