Reset Bios password

How can I get the customised SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.

Sorry, we are no longer able to provide any assistance with password issues. The Community Policies changed this March such that we are now not permitted to assist customers with Admin or BIOS (i.e., Power On) password issues.
