Product: HP ProBook 440 G6 Base Model Notebook PC

Hi i hope you're fine 

I can't get the system disable code of my laptop (HP Probook 440 G6) to reset the Bios password that i forgot. Even if i enter a wrong password 3 times  i didn't receive any code. Also i try to update the bios version that didn't work to. I don't know what to do. Please help me to solve this problem.
