Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I posted before to which I was prompt to call HP, HP could not do it over the phone and told me to call Microsoft. Microsoft can not do it because it is not a Microsoft problem I’m told, I am waiting on the phone for an Intel representative. They hung up. My issue is my bios administration password has been Forgotten and gives me a disabled message. I have opened my laptop and took out the cmos battery and it has not reset my bios. I left the cmos battery out and let the Computer battery die and it still does not reset the bios password. I have rreflashed the bios several times with different bios versions, it doesn’t accept the older versions and the same version it has does not reset the bios password. This is the first time where my knowledge is not enough to resolve the issue. I read on these forums if I provide a disabled message someone from HP could help in resolving this issue, how can I acquire this?
