Hello,

I forgot my bios supervisor password but i am able to boot into my windows 10. Is there any way other than system board replacement to reset the bios supervisor password?

See if anything in this helps:  https://www.intowindows.com/how-to-set-bios-or-uefi-password-in-windows-10/

IF not, then the reason that HP demands to replace the motherboard is that the BIOS password is encoded into the firmware and since that chip is soldered to the motherboard, you have to replace the whole board.

On visiting the uefi settings.... Its showing general startup menu which comes on pressing esc key while booting the Pc.

Sorry, but if you're unable to follow those directions with your PC, then you're unable to reset the BIOS password from Windows.  Not every PC allows you to do that.

Not able to comment on what a Service Center can and can not do.

HP's new policy is to replace the motherboard.  Have no idea if that also applies to a Service Center.  You would have to contact them to find out.

Okk.. can you please suggest any solution regarding the above errors shown in images?

Sorry NO -- and you really should start a separate thread about the BIOS issues, as password problems are handled separately from other issues.
