Product: hp probook 450 g3

Good day?
I have a hp probook 450 g3 6th gen intel corei7 laptop that has issues restarting.
whenever I click restart on for the laptop to restart, the system does some sort of full shutdown instead of just restarting and continuing where I left off. 
When the laptop starts back up, it takes longer to get to the desktop. 

 

if anyone can help me with the issue or needs more information about the issue feel free to reply, I would highly appreciate it.

Thank you for the reply Banhien, I have read the article and  now have a little broad understanding of the difference between shutdown and restart. I will turn off fast restart option to troubleshoot if any change occurs.

this was very helpful. I will get back to you if I have more questions.
