Sometime in the past I setup a administrator password to prevent BIOS access. I forgot it. It was a long time ago.
Is there a way to remove (i do not care about recovery) the administrator password for BIOS access?
I want to update BIOS, as well as asset numbers and some other configurations.

I'm really sorry that we can not help you with this, but Community policy prohibits us from assisting you in any way with bypassing or resetting passwords.
For BIOS password resets, read this HP thread: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06368824.
If you are not prepared to spend the money to get HP to replace the motherboard for BIOS password resets, you could take the PC to a local repair facility to see if they can do it for you -- but we are unable to assist in that.
For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
