I originally created three sign in users for my laptop. This weekend my wife used the computer and vaguely notified me about complications with the laptop during her use. Upon receiving the laptop, I only could see her sign in account. I have followed over five different instructions from online videos and none of them allow me to sign in to my user profile. I have done about ten or more restarts and shutdowns and every time the computer only shows her user profile as a sign in.

There is a hidden Administrator account on all newer Windows laptops and it has more access than your account does.
If you unhide that and login using that, you might be able to see the other accounts and reactivate them.
Select Windows Terminal (Admin) to open the command prompt with administrative privileges. In the command prompt, type the following command and press Enter: net user administrator /active:yes. This will enable the hidden administrator account.
