I understand you are trying to revert to a previous BIOS version on your HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx, follow these steps:
 

Download Previous BIOS Version:

• Go to the HP Support website.
• Search for your HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx model.
• Navigate to the "Drivers & Downloads" section.
• Look for the "BIOS" section and download the previous version of the BIOS you want to revert to. Make sure it’s compatible with your laptop model.

Create a Bootable USB Drive:

• Use a USB drive with at least 2 GB of space.
• Format the USB drive to FAT32.
• Copy the BIOS update file to the USB drive.

Prepare Your Laptop:

• Ensure the laptop is connected to a power source.
• Back up important data to avoid data loss in case of issues.

Enter BIOS Setup:

• Restart your laptop.
• Press Esc or F10 repeatedly as soon as the HP logo appears to enter the BIOS setup.

Update BIOS:
