There was a problem starting C:\Windows\System32\LogiLDA.dll The specified module could not be found.

From what I can tell it's a problem with Logitech's Download Assistant.  Basically you have two methods of fixing it:

 

1. Disable LogiDA at startup, then kill the registry entry for it.

 

2. Grab CCleaner and remove it from startup.

 

See here for a walkthrough.  Method 2 seems to be the easiest.
