Hi
On startup I am getting the following message: The SMART hard disk check has detected an imminent failure
I have run the diagnostic test and the test failed
FAILURE ID: RK5WXH-7P09JQ-XD7WL1-60FP03
PRODUCT ID: J2N23LA#ABM
Hard drive 1
Please can somebody help??

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced. Is it still under warranty ? If Yes, please call HP for a replacement.
