SMC.bin file/BIOS password

Hi,

Tried to contact support in Turkey but phone calls its not avaible right now. I want reset my BIOS passoword. Why? Because i bought this notebook and seller didn't tell me the password, when i tried to contant seller

He said "This computer belonged my son, i don't know password" and i learned his son passed away last year.

So i tried the contant HP(Its unavaible i think because of COVID), i tried to ask the seller and nothing worked.

I heard about SMC.bin file if i can access this file can i reset password?

Why i need to BIOS password;

OS on this laptop Windows 10 64 Bit and i want to install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, i tried Virtual Machine but its bloced on BIOS.

And here i am, what can i do? Sorry for my bad English and thank you for giving a time.
