Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Support,

 

I recently needed to password protect my laptop for my internship. Last week I needed to change something in my BIOS and it asked me for an Admin Password. I can't remember I also set an admin password and can't get into my BIOS anymore. I tried all my usual passwords, but none of them worked.

 

I know I need a SMC.bin file for my laptop to unlock it. Please could you contact me at edit

You will  need to fill out the form

 

You can also contact HP suport through the HP Belgium web page.

We are not able to provide an smc.bin file.

 

That will have to come from your contact with HP Product support.

Do they have an E-mail address?

 

I can only find a phonenumber, but I would prefer the contact to be through E-mail.
