Hi:
Notebooks with AMD processors should not need any storage controller drivers to install Windows.
I have a HP 15-ee0047nr notebook with a Ryzen 5 4500U processor and a 512 GB NVMe SSD and have clean installed W10/W11 on it more than once with no problems.
What I recommend you do is to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with the notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

Since you have to use another PC to create the bootable recovery media, you will need to enter the notebook's full product number in the tool's search window, which is: 1A492UA#ABA
Then you can upgrade back to W11 by clicking on the blue W11 Installation Assistant button at the link below.
