SSD freezing, PC locks up

Hi - this was sent quite some hours earlier. I think the servers haven't replicated.

Also, if I try to resend - it tells me that there is some limits on the number of PMs I can send to you.

Should I paste the details here? But it has my contact details and the product serial numbers.
