Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought an M.2 NVMe 240gb SSD a few days ago. I installed it in my notebook and installed windows in that. It worked fine. Then I upgraded my notebook's BIOS to F.20 Rev.A. After that, the system can't find the SSD anymore. I checked the SSD in another system, it is ok. Please give me solution to this issue

@suvashish017 Welcome to HP Community!

I suggest you recover the last known good BIOS to resolve this issue, and remember, you don't have to install a BIOS update unless there's an issue on the device that requires a fix via the BIOS update, that said, here's what you need to do:

  1. Turn off the computer, and then connect the power cord.

  2. Press and hold the Windows key and the B key at the same time, and then press and hold the Power button for 2 to 3 seconds.

    Keyboard highlighting the key presses for BIOS recovery

(By the end of this article all the issues should be resolved)

Let me know how that pans out,
