Urgh! Help!
I simply cannot believe there's still no recall on the 360 spectrums especially the ones from the 2017-2018 lots. Every other YouTube video I see and a significant # of laptop repair technicians I spoke with say they get more of these than anything else except one graphics card that they get just about the same amount of repair tickets for.
They said HP x360 Spectre is making them rich! They can repair most of them w/o even disassembling the unit all the way. They say and what I read is POWER ISSUE after POWER ISSUE, MB issue, screen issue and more power issues!
The biggest bummer for me is I absolutely love this laptop when it's functioning the way it should!! Until I learned of all the repeated issues people are having and how frequent they are id have considered buying another one In a few years 🤫🙃😟.
Seems I am SOL since warranty period has lapsed, however I've barely used the laptop and it was working fine and just went to brick mode for no reason, right before my eyes too, as I sat and read an ebook! I can't afford a new laptop or the cost(s) I've been quoted for a repair 🤦.
What is the actual reasons for no recall at this point? Someone please explain.
What can I do? Please help: anyone, hp support, users?
I've been using HP products for years and typically have a pleasant experience, this is not one of them 🙄
