HP Pavilion Notebook 14 ab123
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wonder why the system Z always appeared whenever after i connect to internet. And then the system Z sometimes dissapeared and appeared again.

The problem along with this is i cannot shut down the laptop as usual. The laptop will turn on again and again and asked to log in again continuously. So i take the other way, if i want to shut it down i need to click RESTART at the HOME icon then when the system is ready back i click again HOME and click SHUT DOWN. It is annoying whenever the system Z appeared the same problem arise and i need to do the same thing. I am worried that will damage the OS or BIOS as i always need to do restart method whenever SYSTEM Z appeared.

Please help me.

Thank you.

Hi,

Microsoft and/or HP use drive Z to store data during the update process which may take few hours or even few days. They will delete/remove drive Z at the end of the process.

Please ignore, it, it will come and go.

Regards.
