Product: HP Stream Notebook

okay so, my mom was using my laptop and a popup came up saying i had a virus, it was obviously a scam but she didnt know that. She ended up calling the number and i got logged out of my computer. is there any way i can gain access back to it ?? please help. thank you

i forgot to add this code comes up when a recover screen comes up “ 0xc000000f “
