Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0101ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I updated my laptop and after the updation complete it shows to change the password and I click on that to change it and after that my screen goes black and nothing is showing there except only pointer and several hours pass and the same issue still exist ,not able to operate the screen goes black , what to do?
