HP Recommended

The problem still persist after updating the BIOS to March 2025 version till the computer freezes on starter and doesn't turns of completely after shut down as the power button remains glowing and the screen still freezes on startup kindly help

Name of the laptop is hp dk1511tx 

Processor is intel i7 10gen
